Witbeck Vacuums is the seperate floor care division of Witbeck Inc. a fourth generation family owned and operated business. Established in 1917. Witbecks is one of the oldest appliance, electronics, small appliance and vacuum retailers in the nation. Witbeck Vacuums offers quick, safe and convenient vacuum ordering along with outstanding after the sale customer care. In 2005 we seperated from our appliance and electronics division. Security and Privacy:

All orders are protected by the latest encryption technology for you ordering security. If you are worried in any way feel free to order over the phone. We do not share your information in any manner with any outside company except where it is needed to fulfill the transaction. We take the privacy and security of our customers very seriously. We use Control Scan to insure our servers are safe and that we follow the appropriate policies to protect and safeguard your private information.

Damages:

Please inspect for damages immediately upon delivery. Failure to do so many relieve the carrier of any liability even if they damaged the product. If there is damage please contact us immediately.

Returns:

You can return your product unconditionally for up to thirty days from the date of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping and insuring the item. After the item is returned we will credit you the purchase price minus any of the free upgrades and a restocking fee to cover the origional shipping, handling and processing costs. Before returning an item you must receive authorization from us. All materials, parts and the original box must be included to receive a full refund. We accept returns only under the following conditions:

1. Witbeck Vacuums must issue return approval.
2. Product must be in the original carton and in new condition.
3. Return must be completed in 30 days from the date of delivery.
4. Customer is responsible for the return shipping.
5. All attachments and literature must be returned.
6. The item must have been used under the terms and conditions of the manufacture's warranty.
7. There may be a restocking fee.

Restocking Fees:

All Products within 7 days of receipt - 5% + Return Shipping
After 7 days the restocking charge is 25% + Return Shipping

Financed orders, accessories, bags and filters will incure a 30% restocking charge.

Backorders and Shipping:

We typically ship all orders received by noon Eastern Standard time within one day. Currently, we have shipped over 99% of all orders for Dyson vacuums and IQAir purifiers in one business day if they are paid in full. In the event of a backorder we will notify you immediately and you can cancel your order if you want. We do ship to PO boxes. We do ship to alternate shipping addresses if the item is paid in full but we may require an additional day to verify all information.

Witbeck Vacuums is only liable at the most in the amount of the purchase price. All claims and suits must be made in Oakland County Michigan for vacuums purchased prior to 2006. For purchases made in 2006 or later all suits and claims must be made in Savannah Georgia. Witbeck Vacuums has the right to refuse any order for whatever reason without liability.

Use Tax:

We will either collect or pay for you any sales tax associated with the State of Georgia . Some states may require you to pay a use tax when you bring in a taxable good from out of state. By purchasing from our website or over the phone you assume all responsibility for remitting any use tax that may be due for the state you reside in. If you are unsure of your responsibilities regarding use tax please contact the appropriate agency within your state.
