Buying online can be a very impersonal transaction.  You should know that we are here for you.  You can call us, mail us or email us.  We know that when you buy online you are placing your trust in us that we will faithfully and fairly complete the transaction.  We will.  That is not to say that we are perfect or do not make mistakes.  We do and we will take responsibility for them and correct them.

In fact, no reasonable request will be refused.

Throughout and even after the transaction if you need something or are concerned about any issue please contact us.  We want to help and we will do everything we can. 

Please understand that some issues are out of our control.  All products we sell are warrantied by the manufacture and not us though we will work with the manufacture to solve any problem you might have.  At the same time due to the high amount of fraud online the one area where we have to have some strict guidelines is in regards to fraud screening.  We have done our best to make this as minimally intrusive as possible and we appreciate your consideration regarding these matters.  Our aggresive persuit of fraudulant transactions helps keep our cost down for our honest and deserving customers.
